Harvest Pointe recently contracted with Allwaste Sanitation to provide trash service for residents at a reduced cost, and over 50 residents have switched to AllWaste. As a result, AllWaste now offers FREE recycling services to residents in Harvest Pointe. We urge you to call today and switch to AllWaste. It would provide aesthetic benefit to our neighborhood and improve the safety of our streets if everyone put their trash out on the same day, and we didn’t have garbage trucks constantly driving up and down our streets. Plus – you can SAVE money my switching.

If you’ve already switched to AllWaste, thank you. Please encourage your neighbors to make the switch too.
NOTE: There is a one-time charge of $10 to purchase the recycling bin from AllWaste, and it is yours to keep.
Wouldn’t it be nice if everyone put their trash out on the same day, and we didn’t have garbage trucks constantly driving up and down our streets? Wouldn’t it be even better if you could save money by switching to our neighborhood trash service? You can! Harvest Pointe has contracted with Allwaste Sanitation to provide trash service for residents at a reduced cost, and our neighborhood receives benefits as well.

Please be sure to attend the annual meeting of our home owner’s association. This important meeting of all residents is set for December 16, 2010 at 7:30pm at the Clubhouse. It is at this meeting when we will elect officers and Board members for the coming year and to approve the operating budget for 2011.
If you have suggestions for additions to our Capital Improvement program for 2011, just drop your suggestion in the Clubhouse mailbox along with any formation that the Board may need about it. (cost, vendor who might do the work, etc.)
In case you missed it, out Heritage Food fest held on September 18th was a tremendous success. We have some fabulous cooks as neighbors. We enjoyed food from the many diverse cultures in HP and had big fun in the process.
