Dealing with Door-to-Door Solicitors

During our recent general meeting of residents on Thursday June 18th, we discussed several issues including the concern some residents particularly person at home during the day about solicitors. For some it is a concern for safety.  For others it is a concern for peace of mind. As a covenant community, solicitors are barred from knocking on doors or leaving materials on driveways or in mailboxes.

Update on Watering Ban

Effective June 10, 2009, the Georgia Environmental Protection Division eased the outdoor watering ban.  Homeowners can now water their lawns, wash their cars, and use other outdoor water on the days listed below.

  • Even and Unnumbered addresses - Anytime on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays
  • Odd addresses – Anytime on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays
  • No outdoor water use is allowed on Fridays.

Neighborhood Yard Sale

The neighborhood yard sale on Saturday, June 6th was a success! Thanks to everyone who participated!
